Welcome to our retreat center located in the wetlands of the old city of St. Augustine, Florida.
We offer rest, relaxation, and rejuvenation to your soul.
Our mission is to educate you to healing your whole being by tapping into your own resources for holistic healing.
Yoga
I teach Sivananda, Kripalu, Iyengar, and Ashtanga yoga for all ages. I also offer Phoenix Rising and Dean Orhishe's yoga therapies which assist in recuperation for cancer and cardiac patients.
Meditation
I incorporate open meditation for individual or group settings for both recuperation and mindfullness.
Reiki and energy healing
I am certified as a Reiki master and practitioner and also channel spiritual, physical, and emotional healing and other modalities of therapy to enhance mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.
Craniosacral
I can help with you to provide relief from headaches,
pain, and the side effects of cancer treatments.
Reflexology
I can help to alleviate body pain using massage
therapy on the hands and feet using pressure points.
