Gita Carpenter, lmt, cmt
A native of Colombia, Gita has been studying, practicing, and teaching alternative therapies over the last 30 years. Gita is currently the director of the Integral Center for Yoga and Self Healing Therapies in St. Augustine, Florida. She is a licensed massage therapist, yoga and meditation teacher, as well as a spiritual healer who employs her expertise and experience in breathing techniques, cranial sacral, and reiki therapies. Gita also teaches international vegetarian cooking classes. Gita is a member of the yoga alliance. She founded and manages the Integral Retreat and Healing Farm.

I have been practicing, studying, and teaching yoga for the last thirty years. I consider myself a universal being as a teacher, a healer, and a peace loving soul.
I am certified by Dr. Den Ornishes as a yoga therapist for cardiac and cancer recuperation helping patients recuperate thru foods, breath work, and yogic exercises along with mindful meditation.
I am certified as a Phoenix yoga therapist assisting students in enhancing their well-being implemented thru Kripalu yoga practice.
I am certified thru the Florida School of Massage for Craniosacral and NeuroMuscular Therapies.
I also am trained in Trigger point Reiki and other modalities of therapies geared towards enhancing the emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual well- being.
I have taught in many facilities throughout Florida, West Virginia, New York, India, and Thailand.
